Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

At Catawiz, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all users of our SaaS platform. This policy explains how subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds are handled. By purchasing or using any subscription plan offered on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Service

Catawiz provides access to a cloud-based software platform through subscription-based plans. Since our services are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, the platform does not offer returns in the traditional sense applicable to physical products.

Subscription Validity

Each subscription plan is valid for the duration specified on the Pricing Page at the time of purchase.

  • The subscription validity period begins upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscription periods are fixed and cannot be modified, extended, shortened, paused, transferred, or exchanged by the user.
  • The validity associated with a purchased plan remains applicable for the entire subscription term selected at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding charges, service fees, and other payments made to Catawiz are non-refundable.

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for:

  • Unused subscription periods.
  • Partial use of services.
  • User inactivity.
  • Change of business requirements.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Failure to use platform features.
  • Cancellation during an active subscription period.

Users are encouraged to review plan features, pricing, and suitability before completing a purchase.

Subscription Upgrades

Users may upgrade their subscription plan at any time during an active subscription period.

When an upgrade is requested:

  • The system will calculate the unused value of the current active subscription based on the remaining validity period.
  • The unused value may be adjusted against the cost of the upgraded plan.
  • The amount payable for the upgraded plan will be displayed before payment confirmation.
  • Upon successful payment, the upgraded plan becomes active immediately.
  • The validity period of the upgraded plan will commence from the date of the upgrade purchase.

The exact adjustment amount, if applicable, will be determined automatically by the platform's billing system.

Subscription Downgrades

Users may choose to downgrade their subscription plan at any time.

When a downgrade request is submitted:

  • Payment for the downgraded plan may be collected immediately.
  • The currently active subscription will continue until the end of its existing validity period.
  • The downgraded plan will become effective only after the active subscription expires.
  • No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be provided for the difference in pricing between plans.

This ensures uninterrupted service and preserves the benefits already purchased under the active subscription.

Future Subscription Purchases

Users may purchase an additional subscription period while their current subscription remains active.

In such cases:

  • Payment will be processed immediately upon purchase.
  • The newly purchased subscription period will not begin immediately.
  • The new subscription will automatically take effect only after the current subscription period has ended.
  • Subscription periods will run consecutively and will not overlap.

This applies to renewals, extensions, and advance purchases of future subscription periods.

Automatic Renewals (If Applicable)

If automatic renewal is enabled:

  • The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The applicable payment method will be charged for the renewal amount.
  • Users may disable automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date through their account settings.
  • Disabling automatic renewal will prevent future charges but will not affect the validity of the current active subscription.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current subscription period.
  • No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining portion of the subscription term.
  • The subscription will not renew for future billing cycles (where automatic renewal applies).

Failed Payments

If a payment transaction fails:

  • Subscription activation, renewal, upgrade, or extension may not be completed.
  • Access to certain premium features may be suspended until successful payment is received.
  • Catawiz shall not be responsible for service interruptions resulting from payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI providers, or other third-party payment processors.

Promotional Plans and Discounts

Any subscription purchased under a promotional offer, discount campaign, coupon code, limited-time pricing, or special pricing arrangement shall remain subject to this Refund Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Promotional purchases are non-refundable.
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
  • Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.

Service Availability and Technical Issues

Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, software updates, internet connectivity issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute grounds for refunds.

Catawiz will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and performance.

Exceptional Refund Consideration

In rare circumstances, Catawiz may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any exception shall not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar situations in the future.

Any decision regarding exceptional refunds shall be final and binding.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Where a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to the platform may be suspended during the investigation.
  • User accounts may be restricted until the dispute is resolved.
  • Catawiz reserves the right to provide transaction records and account usage information to the relevant financial institution as evidence of service delivery.

Changes to this Policy

Catawiz reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
